Oh wait, no… that’s not how I meant to start this post.  I’m supposed to tell you that Friday night we were joined in studio by the lovely Christine Kistner.  We started with a talk about motion graphics and her love of the field and then quickly moved onto Beer & Blog, Portlandy goodness and then…

Tequila!  Yes we talked about her love of Tequaila too.  She gave us a few pointers on which tequilas are best for what use and then gave me a brief rundown on the process she uses to infuse tequila.  Though oddly?  We were drinking fruity rum drinks that night.
